Shipping Policy

Turnaround

 All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order during business hours of Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. 

Carriers

 We use Australia Post to deliver our orders so please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Should you require your order quickly, please contact the office as we can accommodate requests to use a courier, at your cost. 

Order Tracking

 By default, items are sent without tracking and sent in good faith by Australian Post’s standard postal service. In some cases we may elect to use Registered post (if an item’s value is considerable). If extra tracking is required please contact us.

Shipping Rates

 The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of the order.  Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, here you are given the option to proceed with the order or to cancel it. If you prefer to pick up items  please phone prior to arrange for a time. 

Back Orders 

 If an item goes on back order, we will let you know and ship the part of your order that is in stock. When the outstanding item becomes available we will let you know and ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.   

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

How to Return an Item

 If you need to return an item, for either a refund or an exchange, please contact Honey Kingdom. If we have correctly filled your order, yet you wish to return it, we will accept the return as required by Australian Consumer Law and refund the cost of the merchandise only. We will not refund the initial shipping costs or the return shipping costs. In order to accept a return, the item must be in its original unused condition and, where applicable, it’s original seal. You must return the item, at your cost, within 30 days of your purchase.  

How to Exchange an Item

 If you have incorrectly placed an order and wish to exchange it, please contact Honey Kingdom. We will not refund the initial shipping costs or the return shipping costs for the order to be exchanged and resent. For all exchanges, if applicable, you will be charged the difference in price between the original item and the exchanged item and you will also be charged for the shipping costs. In order to accept an exchange, the item must be in its original unused condition and, where applicable, it’s original seal. You must return the item, at your cost, within 30 days of your purchase.  

Return & Exchange Exceptions

 Due to the nature of our stock, merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.  

Where to send Returns & Exchanges

Contact Honey Kingdom prior to any returns/exchanges for authorisation and a return number. Repackage the product and return it to the address we specify, with the return number clearly marked. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
